BELOW - Howey Mansion Video and brief display of some of the curated investment contracts in the collection. They are real, and they are the one and only investment vehicle that Congress mentioned in the 33 Act.

Very rough cut video. Filmed at the Howey Mansion and Howey in the Hills Resort (now called Mission Inn Resort).

This is messy but will serve this purpose and is informative.

Please pardon any foul language, editing was very limited on short notice.

What does this mean?

Crypto Defendants - it means you , your company, your customers, and your investors were defrauded. It was all bull ****. You have wasted tens of millions of dollars, or possibly hundreds of millions, to defend yourselves. This was not an accident or a mistake, this was done knowingly and wilfully, it was a scam. Someone has to pay for this.

Crypto Investors & Holders - it means your digital assets were put at risk by the very agency that is supposed to protect you. If you have been harmed by the SEC’s court actions, contact an attorney.

Americans - it means you were cheated and lied to by our own government. The SEC is ours. We control the SEC, it doesn’t control us. Contact your congressman or congresswoman.

Newspaper ad from 1932 for investment contracts.

This particular company had 210,000 customers holding investment contracts. IC’s were a very specific financial product, the term IC was not a “catch all.”

Each term listed in “security” is a specific investment vehicle, including investment contract.

The collection has at least one physical / tangible example to demonstrate that these were all in fact terms. None of the terms were “descriptive” or “catch all” words or phrases.

Below the list is a Certificate of Indebtedness (#5)

as well as an Interim Receipt (#14, #15).
